SHAWN, real name
Ibiyemi Olusola Oladapo, born in Lagos Island, He is a graduate of
Olabisi Onabanjo University where he studied Biochemistry and he hails
from Osun state. His father’s intense love of music had been his drive
for music from the outset.
Shawn is a singer, rapper, songwriter
and graphic artist. His style of music transcends a plethora of genres
such as a Afro pop, Hip hop, RnB, jazz, Hip and Highlife ,Shawn recorded
his first and phenomenal single (Geez) at Backbone Studio in Festac
Town owned by his Brother and Producer; Mic On. Geez was
positively accepted by all that heard it. However, he had since
recorded other songs such as ‘international’, ‘killin me’ and he’s
currently working on his debut album with his Producer Mic on under the record label; Mic On Records
